Behind the scenes of the French championship from dessert to plate

Agathe Bonhomme, a student at the Chamalières high school, participated in the national final which took place on April 5 and 6 at the Bonneveine hotel school in Marseille. The podium escaped him but the experience was rewarding… The 4h50 event consisted of making 2 plated desserts for 10 people: a “basket” dessert imposed by Angelo Musa and the selection dessert they offered for registration.
