Beer Fabrique in Toulouse, why we loved it

To make you lather, what better than a duo gift for 160 €. 4 hours of brewing lesson, beer tasting and convivial moment on the program of the workshops of the Beer Factory. You let the product of your brew sit and ferment for 2 or 3 weeks. Then you leave with 15 liters of beers with the name you chose. Workshops for individuals, corporate team building, and soon professional training, are offered by Alexander Virag and his team. France Bleu Occitanie was on site the day of the inauguration, in October 2021.

3 stages to taste: the eye, the nose, the taste

Introduction to beerology: beer making process and history punctuated by quizzes and fun anecdotes. You taste 6 craft beers, accompanied if you wish, by cold meats and cheeses to order during the workshop. And so you carry out all the brewing steps to produce your own beer (15 liters). The tasting formula lasts 1h30 and has a capacity of 30 people in the brewery. We learn that you have to heat the beer in the técou, a stemmed glass that allows the aromas to reveal themselves. Alexandre Virag welcomes us in a colorful and warm place.
