“Because it’s not green”, the ex-Miss France Laury Thilleman explains why she could not have children!

Alongside actor Maxime Gasteuil and singer-songwriter Gaëtan Roussel, famous founder of the group Louise Attackand close to host Frédéric Lopez, Miss France 2011 feels very comfortable in this pretty provincial residence which serves as a setting for A Sunday in the countryside, on France 2, this June 18, 2023. At 31, Laury Thilleman seems to have never been so fulfilled and at ease with her image… A little tomboy, the beauty has never hidden her taste for sports extremes, surpassing oneself through effort. A family passion passed on, as she says, by her own father, a former Navy commando! And the ex of Juan Aerbelaez, who had chosen to publish on Instagram the formalization of his break-up with the famous chef on May 17, 2022 – “After seven years of intense happiness and living together at a mile an hour, Juan and I decide to continue our roads separately”she explained – today needs independence to devote herself fully to her own passions, especially ecology!

Today, I find myself regretting…”

Indeed, long before being on the front of the stage and becoming one of the faces of the animation on France Televisions, Laury Thilleman was a fervent activist of the environmental cause:I am very committed to the Surfrider association (Foundation Europe, editor’s note) since I was a student. I started to create an ecological association before Miss France: I was a student and I had created an ecological pole when we were not talking about it yet…”, as she confided to our colleagues from Tele-Leisure this Sunday, June 18 on the sidelines of Frédéric Lopez’s show. A difficult fight and speaking out, of which she regrets the bad echo: “Today, I find myself regrettingto have spoken in the media on the ecological part because it discourages action or even motivates inaction rather than encouraging small everyday gestures…. And that’s abominable! […] We do the best we can!”. And this desire to always do well, and always better, leads him to feel guilty on a daily basis: I come to have eco-anxiety… Just now, for example (during a photo session, editor’s note), I had my water bottle but I couldn’t fill it because there was only hot water… So I took a plastic bottle but I may not sleep for two days!”. And Laury Thilleman, faithful to her commitments to which she devotes herself entirely, knows how to measure her priorities. So much so that she wonders about her desire for motherhood! “I do not have no children so I manage to find the time to make them… and I would do my best, but at some point, if I have any, it will become logistically complicated… Perhaps, moreover, that I wouldn’t have children precisely because it’s not eco-friendly…
