Bebe Rexha has posted alleged text messages from her boyfriend, Keyan Safyari, who criticized her for gaining weight, sparking rumors that the couple have split.

The 33-year-old singer shared on her Instagram Stories on Sunday a screenshot of the alleged text message in which her 39-year-old boyfriend said he was just trying to be “honest” with her about his appearance.
“Hey. I never said you weren’t beautiful and I never said I didn’t love you. In fact, I said how beautiful you are and how much I love you, the message reads. But I always said I’d be honest with you and your face was changing so I told you it was.”
“That was the conversation we had and it was you who asked… he continued. ‘Cause I care about you, would you rather I lie to you? You gained 15 kilos, obviously, you gained weight and your face changes? Should I just pretend it didn’t happen and it’s nothing? Finally, I gained 1.5 kilos and you called me chubby and fat. That doesn’t mean you don’t love me.”
“If you’re trying to find reasons to break up, that makes sense…but it’s not the real reason. If you’re not happy with me/yourself/life and you don’t see a future between us then that’s fine, and that’s the reason. Don’t use something like that to weaponize your anger or your anxiety or any insecurities you might have. You know that I always found you beautiful and I loved you no matter what.
The alleged text ended with: “Tell me if you want to talk if you need more clarity. I like you.”
The cinematographer has yet to address his alleged posts.
