Beautiful people at the Amiens Aquapôle for the French Open junior swimming championships

Swimming is in the spotlight until Thursday in Amiens! The French “Open” junior championships take place at Aquapôle. Big names are expected in the outdoor pool. An opportunity also to be entered for the Amiens Métropole Natation club and the territory.

“When the other young people from the guest clubs go to see our infrastructure, our weight room, I think we will make people envious”hopes Romuald Allais, the president of Amiens Métropole Natation. “Why not attract certain swimmers in the years to come”he said again.

“It’s a great opportunity to allow other clubs to see how we train here, how we work. It’s a bit like immersing ourselves in the universe of our swimmers. We identify such athlete with such result and therefore maybe it’s better to understand how he got there”says Mathieu Neuillet, the coach of the excellence center of Amiens Métropole Natation.

In the big names expected: Maxime Groussetvice-world champion in the 100 meter freestyle and bronze medal in the 50 meter freestyle at the world championships last June in Budapest. Analia Pigréein bronze on the 50 meters backstroke in Hungary.
