TO Limay (Yvelines), a metal waste recycling site receives more than 1,000 tonnes of material which is placed on a conveyor belt for shredding. However, this activity is very dangerous. A little over a year ago, a violent fire broke out on the site. 67 firefighters were mobilized to overcome it. Same situation, last summer in a shed where the fire ignited the electrical cabinets.
