Wife of hostage Ohad Yahalomi, and mother of Eitan, 12 years old, released after 52 days in the hands of Hamas, Batsheva Yahalomi is the guest of 20 Heures.
Married to Ohad, one of the last two French people detained by Hamas in Gaza, Bat-Sheva Yahalomi recounts the traumas experienced a year after October 7. “We were at home, in the safety room. After two hours of shouting in Arabic and gunshots, my husband decided to come out of the room to close the door. The terrorists entered the house and shot my husband.”she confides.
She continues the unfolding of this sinister day. “They entered the room with the children. Four terrorists shouted in Arabic. One of the terrorists pointed his gun at me to make us leave. My husband was injured. That was the last moment I saw my husband”she confides.
