Basketball: 76ers and Pacers trade 290 points!

In a game where the defense was left in the locker room, the Philadelphia 76ers took off in the fourth quarter to beat the Indiana Pacers 147-143 Monday night at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.

The winners put up 33 points in the final quarter and limited their rivals to 29 points. The two teams were tied 114-114 after 45 minutes of play.

Joel Embiid was brilliant with 42 points, while Tyrese Maxey added his two cents with 24 points. James Harden was no slouch with an impressive 20 assists.

In the Pacers camp, Quebecer Bennedict Mathurin had a small evening with 14 points and two rebounds. Tyrese Haliburton led the charge in the losing side with 39 points, 16 assists and three rebounds.
