Our chef arrives from Saint-Malo this morning. Baptiste Vessier-Turpin runs a small restaurant in the Saint-Servan district, his name Tandem, with his partner Emeline Landais, at 41, Rue Ville Pépin.
At his place, bistronomic dishes made with local products and everything is homemade except for the bread.
Baptiste appreciates the good products but also the wines with the support of his partner who has a sommelier training.
