While cameras around the world remain focused on Ukraine, another region is silently affected by the war between Moscow and kyiv. Nagorno-Karabakh, a landlocked autonomous republic, is under heavy blockade led by Azerbaijan. Social peace, under the responsibility of Russian troops, is weakened. The region’s 120,000 residents, mostly of Armenian origin, are on the brink of a humanitarian crisis. We portray a complex conflict, which is entering a new phase.
