“I hereby declare that it is absolutely urgent that the complainant immediately seize his vehicle,” reads a court document filed in Superior Court last May.

“The current residual value of the Plaintiff’s Land Rover vehicle is $89,101.87, an amount for which [Amanda Lévesque] is responsible and accountable to [concessionnaire] in case the bailiff is not able to seize the vehicle”, specifies the request.

According to the contract filed as evidence in this file, she had leased the Land Rover for a period of 36 months from April 2022. The driver, who lives on Grand-Prix Street in Mirabel, paid $1,050 per month to be behind the wheel of this car.

She drives without a license

The owner of United Auto Leasing first explains that Mr.me Lévesque has not had a valid driver’s license since April 2023. In addition, the insurance company that covered the young woman’s vehicle canceled its contract with her.

“In light of the foregoing, it is evident and manifest that the [concessionnaire] cannot allow the defendant to retain control and possession of his Land Rover vehicle since, in doing so, he exposes himself to serious financial prejudice in the event […] of an automobile collision”, write the lawyers of Mr. Sahakian.

Unable to find her

In the court document, we also learn that bailiffs knocked several times at the residence of Mme Lévesque last May to seize the vehicle from the dealership.

A judicial officer ran into a closed door. He then spoke with a person who declined to identify himself. Finally, another individual who responded to the alleged address of the young woman indicated that she did not know her.

“It was impossible for me to fulfill the obligations imposed by my mandate”, concludes the bailiff, Jacques Bouthillier.

The 22-year-old driver, renowned since October 2022 for waking up entire cities to the sound of her noisy Lamborghini, could therefore have to pay the $ 90,000 claimed by the dealer if she does not return her Land Rover shortly.

She also seems to have stopped filming her escapades at the wheel of her noisy Lamborghini. Indeed, nothing has been published on his Instagram page since November.
