New research, carried out by investigators, was to begin Monday, June 27 in Cagnac-Les-Mines (Tarn) in the case of the disappearance of Delphine Jubillar. Explorations using drones probably postponed due to bad weather conditions.
It’s starting to become a habit. The gendarmerie drones should have been deployed in order to carry out new searches from Monday June 27, 2022 around Delphine Jubillar in Cagnac-Les-Mines (Tarn). But as at the beginning of the year, the bad weather decided otherwise. Rain and wind prevent flying machines of the IRCGN (National Gendarmerie Criminal Research Institute) to take off.
This new operation should make it possible to find clues to the disappearance of the mother of the family using, for example, thermal cameras. Elements which should allow subsequent ground checks to be carried out.
For his part, the main suspect in this case, Cédric Jubillar is still in prison. Heard by the judge of freedoms and detention, the husband of the nurse who disappeared on the night of December 15, 2020 is for the moment kept behind bars. The plasterer appealed this decision. A new hearing will be held Tuesday, June 28 at 8:30 a.m. before the investigating chamber of the Toulouse Court of Appeal in order to study his request for release.
