Backstreet Boys | Nick Carter accused of sexual assault

Between the broadcast of the two programs of The week of the 4 Julies which feature the Backstreet Boys, band member Nick Carter was charged with sexual misconduct on Thursday.

Shannon Ruth, 39, has officially filed a complaint against the singer.

She accuses him of assaulting her in 2001 when she was 17.

Nick Carter would have brought the young woman, who suffers from autism and cerebral palsy, on board the tour bus of his group. He allegedly served her alcohol, telling her it was special juice. And he would then have asked her to perform oral sex on him before assaulting him.

In a press conference with her lawyers, Shannon Ruth said that Nick Carter would have insulted her about her disability.

Nick Carter denies these accusations according to the media TMZ, but as of 5 p.m., the latter had not written anything about it on his social networks.

Thursday evening, the latter and the members of the Backstreet Boys – interviewed on Wednesday by The Press — were to take part in The week of the 4 Julies. Nick Carter was to confide in the death of his brother Aaron Carter on November 5. Check-in took place on Wednesday. Nick Carter also recently appeared on the show Masked singers.

This isn’t the first time Nick Carter has been accused of sexual misconduct, but he’s never been convicted.

We are still waiting to find out if the broadcaster Noovo will continue to broadcast the show. The week of the 4 Julies with the Backstreet Boys as scheduled Thursday night at 9 p.m.
