While Union Bordeaux Bègles was looking to find the way to victory after a series of five defeats, it was indeed Stade Français that had to be beaten on Saturday evening in the Top 14. Mission impossible for the players of the UBB who had not won against the Parisians since 2015? Christophe Urios’ men have found the art and the way to win and set the record straight with a final score: 18 to 31!
Suffering from the flu, the center of the UBB, Rémi Lamerat had to forfeit the clash against Stade Français last Saturday. It is therefore as a spectator that the player, guest of France Bleu Gironde, followed this meeting which saw the victory of his teammates.

This victory is good and reassuring to begin a new series of challenges for the Gironde team. By mid-April, the UBB will face another big part of the championship: Stade Rochelais.
