Tuesday, July 5, the results of the baccalaureate 2022 are revealed. More than 700,000 candidates were waiting for these results. With continuous assessment, the challenge for students is above all to get a mention. If the results are online, some still come to see the bulletin boards in their high school.
On the morning of Tuesday July 5, at the Gabriel-Fauré high school, in Paris, it is the long-awaited hour: that of the results of the baccalaureate 2022. The stress is mounting for the first to arrive, and for some the stakes are high. “If I don’t have the mention bien, or at least fairly well with [une moyenne] 13, I don’t have my school. So I’m panicking”explains Maeva N’kumbabachelor. The latter seems in the end happy with her results, just like her father, with whom she came.
Explosions of joy are visible in front of the school, and the students are relieved to be graduates. Even the teachers are there, proud of the success of their students. Some, on the other hand, need comfort, because they will still have to cram a little to pass the remedial tests and hope to obtain the baccalaureate. These remedial tests start on Wednesday July 6th.
