The dispute between Ayem Nour to her ex-partner and father of her son Vincent Miclet is far from over. On Instagram this Saturday, September 30, 2023, the reality TV candidate, then converted into a host on NRJ12 then a columnist on C8, shared her emotion and her joy by announcing that she was returning to France alongside her son. After nine months of legal battle opposing her to the father of her child, Ayem Nour was able to return to French territory, and received authorization to bring Ayvin back with her: “My heart is like a top that doesn’t know which foot to dance on, because the emotions that flow through me are so strong and intense. The love of my life, my son, Ayvin, and I have finally returned to France. The relief is indescribable, the joy is immense” testified the one who was revealed by Secret Story in 2011.
Attacking her ex-husband without mentioning itwith whom she was in a relationship between 2013 and 2016, Ayem Nour continued: “I have known battles. I have led them. But this is by far the greatest and most impressive that I have ever had to face: fighting against all power, to the well-being and balance of my son. Unfortunately, I am not the only one and there are many of us, very many, too many. It is time for women and children to be listened to, heard and protected. This fight will be mine. Ladies, warriors, amazons, warriors, I am thinking of you. My heart knows how yours feels.”.
“Making my son live like a homeless person”
A diatribe to which Vincent Miclet reacted this Sunday, October 1. In turn, without ever knowingly mentioning the name of his ex, the businessman who has resided in Morocco for several years as part of his various businesses, did not hesitate to violently attack the one who was a columnist of Matthieu Delormeau last season in TPMP People : “To remove a child who had been under my responsibility for several months, and with proven family balance, to take him out of school, desocialize him and make him live like a homeless personchanging place of life every day, and wandering in the evenings in Marrakech, I don’t think we can talk about a good education or a good mother.”
Ayem sentenced, she appealed
And to continue, more vindictive than ever: “I won’t mention the name of my son’s mother, not for legal fear, but she has gotten too used to surfing what she calls buzz. My son is neither a buzz nor a savings accountbut a child in the flesh who needs love, care, and education”. Vincent Miclet further suggested that the pass granted to Ayvin to return to France was, according to him, legally questionable : “The French consular authorities in Marrakech have established a pass which will also be the subject of a judicial investigation, in fact my son’s passport is still valid and in my possession, Ayvin has a Moroccan resident card and having not signed any document with the consulate aimed at obtaining a pass, this document was therefore established without legal basis.” The billionaire finally indicated that he had his ex-partner Ayem Nour convicted, for “defamation” and “kidnapping child”. Two convictions that the young woman contested, by filing an appeal. The two appeal hearings will take place next October 6 and 16in Morocco.
