A well-known figure in Avignon. Especially if you frequent the restaurants and cafes of the city. Born in Algiers, he arrived in France at the age of 9 months. Later, as a student, he was already serving customers to save money.
After college, Bruno Ferrer, today Moriérois, worked for a time for a bank. At 25, he embarked on a career as a waiter in the restaurant business. He also ran an establishment. Today, he is ending his career for the Domus brewery which belongs to José Tortolès. This is the first intramural brasserie when leaving Avignon station to the right of Avenue Jean Jaurès.
