Don’t wait for a precise count of titles and podiums, the list would be far too long! What is certain is that for 2021/2022, the Section Paloise Fencing has exploded all the counters, to the point of committing the best season in its entire history!
When we know that we have been shooting saber or epee in Pau since 1896 and that the Fencing Section has existed since 1959, we can better measure the feat of the club dear to Benoît Allias, the president, and his faithful Fencing Master. and friend, Alain Coicaud.
So from the cadets, to the seniors, regional, European and world challenges (cups and championships) it is time to salute the quality of the work and the successes that go with it, to tackle the projects, such as that of a new hall, and to underline the creation in Pau of the third French Federal Performance Center, which brings a solid new stone to the building of the Section Paloise Fencing.
All carried by an Eliott Bibi who, after his results in Italy and Turkey, has just taken the place of French No. 1 at just 22 years old! Did you say Olympic Games?
