“It is absolutely not for tourists or young French students on a WHV, working holiday program, for example. We have absolutely no date for holders of temporary visas.”
This decision follows in any case the abandonment of Australia’s “zero Covid” strategy, which now vaccinates with a vengeance, but most states have not recorded any significant epidemic wave and intend to remain closed to the rest from the country.
