The author
Graduated in 2011 from ESC Tours and the University of Sherbrooke, Aurélien Amaz joined a multinational environmental services company. Then, he volunteered for a vegetable farm. In 2016, he was founding partner of Roots, an organic – local – bulk store. Aurélien now supports 50 municipalities on innovative projects and advises business creators within an incubator.
