The young pastry chef and chocolatier Mattieu Jacoulot has been running his own pastry shop for 3 years despite his young age. He tells us about his know-how and his desire to pass on his passion to his apprentices. He will be at the salon on Sunday afternoon for a lemon pie demonstration. Notice to amateurs!
