A man in his forties was shot and wounded early Tuesday afternoon in the borough of Saint-Laurent in Montreal.
According to the first information provided by the Service de police de la Ville de Montréal (SPVM), the attempted murder took place around 1 p.m. on rue Bégin, near boulevard de la Côte-Vertu.
At the scene, the police found a man in his forties with upper body injuries.
His state of health is unknown.
A perimeter was erected on site to allow investigators to shed light on this event.
