At XV Tables you will find beautiful plates (of pala d’aileurs) of products from our region, dishes with small onions from Romain Hourdebaigt the cook as well as bull’s tail in cromesquis to change from gardiane, to entrecôte for example for this weekend of the “Toros y Salsa” festival from September 9th to 11th. Romain also concocts for you always, for example, rack of lambof the grilled shellfishof the south west burgersand on the dessert side a red fruit dacquoiseof the plums flambéed with rum and scoop of ice creama strawberry soup. In general, three starters, three dishes and three desserts await you on the slate of the day, to be enjoyed either on the terrace or in the bistro.
