At the cheese dairy in Chambéry

It was in 2015 that Jean Noel and Nathalie opened their shop, 32 rue Juiverie in Chambéry

A large selection of cheeses

In winter, 160 different cheeses are offered, half in summer

There are also other products:

Panna Cotta or salads in jars, wild garlic pesto or Fontainbleau.

The quick recipe to redo on the go at home

Recipe for 2 people:
1 Tarentais
2 egg yolks
Breadcrumbs
Green salad
Olive oil
Fig balsamic vinegar.

Progress:

Arrange the green salad on the plates and season with fig vinegar and olive oil.
In a skillet heat the oil.
Cut the Tarentais into four slices, pass it successively in the egg yolk then the breadcrumbs and brown it in the pan.
Arrange on the bed of lettuce, optionally garnished with fresh figs and walnut kernels for crunch.

And good appetite, of course!
