New alert on the Ukrainian capital. At least five people were injured in kyiv after fragments of Russian missiles fell, the city’s mayor, Vitali Klitschko, announced on Telegram on Monday March 25. Three people were treated on site, and two others, including a 16-year-old girl, were hospitalized, said the councilor.

At least five explosions were heard around 10:30 a.m. local time after the air alert indicating “missiles towards kyiv”. “Explosion in kyiv. Head to shelters immediately”wrote the city mayor on Telegram. “According to preliminary information, as a result of a missile attack on kyiv, debris was recorded in the Pechersky district. A residential building was damaged”said the head of the kyiv military administration.

kyiv has already been hit twice last week. Ukraine has suffered massive bombings in recent days, which have particularly targeted the energy network, leaving several hundred thousand people without electricity.
