In this new feature film, the septuagenarian plays the role of Rachel, a Ma Dalton who raised her two children and her grandson in the art of scam. Asked by Tele-Leisure, Fanny Ardant revealed that she was considering retirement. But to be sure to be serene and not disturbed by fans, the actress plans to leave everything behind and move to Scotland, near British pubs whose atmosphere she particularly likes: “I’m still thinking about it! I won’t go to the South, I’ll meet all the people from Paris there, but rather in Scotland. And not far from a pub, in case I want to see people again humans” she explained.
