Assistant Deputy Minister Marie-Dominique Taillon is relieved of her duties pending an investigation

Senior civil servant Marie-Dominique Taillon was relieved of her duties pending an investigation into her management style at the head of the Center de services scolaire (CSS) Marie-Victorin from 2018 to March 2022, said the Minister of Education. ‘Education, Bernard Drainville.

The Council of Ministers appointed her assistant deputy minister to the Ministry of Education, in March 2022.

The Liberal Party of Quebec (PLQ) and Quebec solidaire (QS) both called for his suspension after learning of the investigation by the Duty “The working climate at the Center de services scolaire Marie-Victorin under the magnifying glass”.
