Does the law define the lease relationship — for housing — strictly between an individual tenant and an owner, possibly a company?
When one of the couple or the parents in the family leaves or dies, is the other one on the street because he or she is not registered on the lease? ?
Is the transfer of lease also there to ensure housing for the survivor?
