Assessment of COVID-19 in Quebec | 815 new cases, three deaths

Quebec is reporting 815 new cases of COVID-19 on Saturday, as well as three additional deaths. The number of hospitalizations remained stable.

The new cases bring the seven-day average daily case to 665.

A total of 201 people are hospitalized as a result of COVID-19. Among them, 45 patients are in intensive care.

The number of active outbreaks is stable at 580.

A total of 28,287 analyzes were performed on November 18. The positivity rate is 2.5.

Authorities also said that 5,714 doses of the vaccine, including 3,524 second doses, were administered over the past 24 hours, for a total of more than 13.34 million.

As of Friday, 77.6% of Quebecers were adequately vaccinated.
