Quebec has 688 new cases of COVID-19 on Saturday, as well as four additional deaths.
The new cases bring the seven-day average daily number of cases to 561.
Public health records a drop of 11 hospitalizations. A total of 229 patients are in hospital due to the aftermath of the virus, of which 51 are hospitalized in intensive care.
The number of active outbreaks also declined, from 440 to 433.
A total of 29,213 analyzes were performed on November 4. The positivity rate fell by a tenth of a point to 2.1.
Authorities said 6,869 doses of the vaccine, including 4,278 second doses, were administered in the past 24 hours, for a total of more than 13.3 million.
In total, 91% of Quebecers aged 12 and over received a first dose of the vaccine. Of that number, 87% reached out twice.
