(Washington) A pro-Trump conspiratorial activist, a self-proclaimed “shaman” who, with his buffalo horned headdress, became the face of the attack on the Capitol on January 6, was sentenced Wednesday to 41 months in prison by a Washington court.
The prosecution called for more than four years in prison against Jacob Chansley, 34, who pleaded guilty in September to obstructing formal proceedings for participating in the invasion of Congress with hundreds of Donald Trump supporters, to prevent elected officials to certify the victory of Democrat Joe Biden in the presidential election.
