The Edouard Isner farm is a small corn and wheat cereal farm of 85 hectares which has diversified since 1965 into the cultivation of white and green asparagus. The farm also produces potatoes and tomatoes.
His father-in-law started producing asparagus about thirty years ago.
With her husband Edouard, she continued on this line, even adding an originality: the production of sweet pepper powder, such as Espelette pepper and tomatoes.
All the asparagus is harvested by teams of local retirees who meet every year to make the season!

In addition to the asparagus, potatoes, tomatoes and peppers it produces, the Isner farm also sells local products: honey, pasta, sunflower and rapeseed oil, eggs, charcuterie, duck breast, foie gras , apple juice, wine and vegetables

Die Hauptkultur von Ferme Isner ist Getreide, grüner und weißer Spargel, aber seit 2018 auch Paprika, die Sie in den Produkten finden, die direkt auf dem Bauernhof verkauft werden.
Die Isner-Farm ist mit Spargel d’Alsace, Coeur Paysan und Afdi 68 verbunden; sowie Obst und Gemüse aus dem Elsass.
Finden Sie ihre Produkte und die ihrer Partner im Hofladen, der von Montag bis Samstag von Mitte April bis Mitte Juni von 9 bis 18.30 Uhr ohne Unterbrechung geöffnet ist.
