Already a finalist last year, Ons Jabeur dreams of a title at Wimbledon. But to continue her way to the final, she is opposed, Thursday, July 13, to world number 2 Aryna Sabalenka, winner of the Australian Open at the start of the year, in the second half of the day. An opponent against whom she had lost in the quarter-finals in 2021, at Wimbledon already. The world number 6 seems to have regained her feelings on grass. In the quarter-finals, the Tunisian took revenge on defending champion Elena Rybakina in a remake of last year’s final.

Facing her, Aryna Sabalenka is the favorite, as she will play her fourth consecutive Grand Slam semi-final. After eliminating Madison Keys without trembling in the quarters, the Belarusian approaches this half with the ambition of reaching a first final at the All England Court.
