This Sunday, May 8, 2022, France 2 broadcast an unpublished number of the program “Les Enfants de la télé”. Laurent Ruquier received new guests, namely Bruno Gigliotti, nicknamed Orlando, the brother of singer Dalida, Veronic Dicaire, Amir, Ness or the comedian Artus. The one who was revealed in the show “On n’demande qu’en rire” and who participated in season 7 of “Dance with the stars”, had come to promote the film “I love what you do” in which he plays a role.
In this new feature film, Artus plays opposite Gérard Lanvin and embodies Momo Zapareto, his “worst fan”. On all fronts, Artus also ensured the promp of his show entitled: “Duels at Davidéjonatown”.
Always in a good mood and ready to laugh, Artus launched out to show off his rapping skills to the other guests. Laurent Ruquier then went on to talk about his show but had a hard time pronouncing the name. “I see that you are still playing this piece that I have never seen, finally. Duels in Davidejonatown“, said the host before being taken up by his guest. “Town! Town!” chanted Artus, visibly annoyed. “Not once did he put it in me, not once” he said to explain that everyone gets the pronunciation wrong.
Of good will, Laurent Ruquier then tried to re-pronounce the name of the show but did not succeed. Furious, Artus then launched: “Finish your shitty show, it’s good” before leaving the board for a few seconds. Fortunately, the comedian was joking and teasing the host. The latter, laughing out loud, had also understood that his guest was not serious…
