The “cold brew” a thirst-quenching drink
My extra thing, when it’s hot, is a cold brew coffee recipe. You make a coarse grind of coffee, you let it soak overnight in filtered or mineral water, and the next day you filter it all out. This is called a “cold brew”, a cold infusion. It gives very fruity notes, low acidity. It makes a very thirst-quenching drink.
