In the night from Friday to Saturday, alcoholic and under the influence of drugs, he was arrested for noise in the street in Mimizan, in the Landes. It was the neighbors who contacted the police to report the individual.
Insults and death threats
The gendarmes then discovered on him 40 grams of cocaine and 50 grams of cannabis. Transported into custody, he insulted the gendarmes of all names and threatened to kill them if sent to jail. The man, already known for drug trafficking, then tried to spit on one of the gendarmes, without success.
While in custody, he was finally taken to hospital for exams. It was at this moment that the man managed to spit on one of the members of the police, on his uniform. He will be judged this Tuesday in Mont-de-Marsan.
