At the beginning of the evening last Tuesday, police spot the pilot of a scooter performing a rodeo, Grenoux district in Laval. The police managed to arrest him a little later in the city center.
In police custody, the 19-year-old denied the facts. This individual has been placed under judicial supervision and will be summoned to court on October 4.
