Archi Deep is originally Arthur Di Piazza. An Oleron passionate about music and sound engineer. Rochefort drummer Richard Bertin joined him in this adventure in 2018. They quickly found “their sound” and found themselves playing with Hubert Felix Thiéfaine for a series of concerts, and even a jam-packed Bercy in front of 20,000 people! In 2022, they put the cover back by providing the first parts of the Franche-Comté singer for several dates, in acoustic version.
Must say that the duo to the bottle. Arthur has been performing concerts for quite a few years and works with other musical groups in his studio on the island of Oléron. Richard is a professional drummer and has collaborated with Nagui for his shows Taratata and Do not forget the lyrics. An experience and a quality of play that we hear immediately in this new album “Lightning Concept”. 15 rock tracks above all, but rich in blues, power-pop, or even funky influences. Without forgetting their visual universe, deliciously delirious, orchestrated by Richard Bertin, also passionate about video.
The best way to discover the group is to see them on stage (with lipstick and colorful pants please!). Archi Deep will be on February 11 on the stage of the Crossroad Café in Angoulins sur Mer, near La Rochelle. They will then chain the dates in the first part of Hubert Felix Thiéfaine for his tour Unplugged, notably on March 17 at La Palène de Rouillac.
