Apricot in our Pastries and Desserts, with Armine Ispiryan

This Monday morning, we started the week with greed…

We received Armine Ispiryan, from the “Nousshik” workshop, Pastry, Tea Room, and Caterer;

2, Rue d’Armenie in Valence.

Armine is of Armenian origin, and the scientific name of Apricot is: Prunus Armeniaca (Plum of Armenia).

It is therefore quite natural that Armine, shared with us her childhood memories, and her recipes around the Apricot.

Armine came, with some sweets: an Apricot Tartlet and a Raspberry Mascarpone Macaroon…

But above all, she presented us with “her” latest creation, based on Apricot and Almond: The “Nousshik”, to be tasted without fail!
