“Aperitifs-beers” with the Will’s brewery aboard La Luce

All this summer, the local, organic and eco-responsible brewery Will’s, based in La Varenne/Orée d’Anjou, is boarding La Luce, for gourmet cruises around food and beer pairings.

Brasserie Will’s is an artisanal micro-brewery born on the initiative of Guillaume Certain, its brewer. Passionate about beer for many years, he refined his know-how with master brewers before creating Will’s Brewery in 2015. In December 2019, Guillaume received the title of Master Craftsman, the highest distinction in craftsmanship. All Will’s Brewery beers are created, brewed and bottled on site, using a traditional method of top fermentation. The Will’s Brewery offers beers that combine creativity, taste, quality and passion in order to meet the requirements of amateurs, to introduce new flavors, to consume locally and to raise everyone’s awareness of consumption. The ingredients are rigorously selected according to criteria of quality, taste and origin of production/processing in order to guarantee a 100% local final product and to reduce CO2 emissions linked to transport as much as possible. Through this responsible approach, Brasserie Will’s uses 100% organic products.

Beerology, you know? It is simply the study of beer, its history, its manufacturing methods, and of course, the mastery of tasting and food and beer pairings. This summer, Guillaume embarks on board the Luce, for a gourmet cruise in the Loire, around food and beer pairings… This tasting will be accompanied by appetizers made from local products, concocted by the caterer Laurent MENARD (St Savior of Landemont). On vacation or after a day’s work, in “afterwork” mode, the aperitif is a moment conducive to conviviality and letting go…
