Director Antoine Fuqua will be at the helm of the biographical film dedicated to Michael Jackson, the magazine has revealed Deadline.
The screenplay for the film carried by Lionsgate will be signed by John Logan (Sky Fall) and produced by Graham King, who is behind Bohemian Rhapsody (dedicated to Freddie Mercury), in collaboration with representatives of the estate of the King of Pop.
The film will focus on Michael Jackson’s career since the Jackson 5 and is expected to amaze with the recreation of some landmark performances. The darker side of the King of Pop’s life, who has been the subject of repeated allegations of pedophilia, must also be part of the film, according to the magazine dedicated to the cinema.
