A post that immediately sparked a reaction on the Web… And the least we can say is that the French are relieved: “Good recovery, strength to the whole team”, “You are a champion, good recovery we await your return”, “Good recovery captain”, “Think of your health, we are behind you!”, “Look forward to seeing you again on field”, can we read among the thousands of responses that the rugby player has already received in the space of a few hours.
As a reminder, Thursday September 21, 2023, Antoine Dupont was injured during the 46th minute of the Rugby World Cup match between France and Namibia. The captain of the Blues has since suffered from a jaw injury.

A gradual recovery
“We are not making plans for the comet too early, a surgeon will tell us more about Antoine’s availability. We will wait another forty-eight or seventy-two hours and we will know more,” declared Laurent Labit, the coach of the Rugby team the day after the injury.
