Antoine Bertrand on the jury of the Alpe d’Huez Festival

Quebec comedian and animator Antoine Bertrand will be part of the jury of the 26e Alpe d’Huez festival. The event dedicated to comedy cinema will be presented next January.

The jury will be chaired by French actress Karin Viard. Actors and comedians Camille Chamoux and Bérangère Kief as well as director and author Stéphane Foenkinos complete the jury. The group will have to decide between the best comedies of the coming year.

Antoine Bertrand was featured in three films in the official selection for the last edition of the festival, namely Three times nothing by Nadege Loiseau, I love what you do by Philippe Guillard and goodbye happiness by Canadian director Ken Scott.

The jury will be chaired by French actress Karin Viard.

It had already appeared on the screens of the festival in 2012, when Ken Scott went to present the film there Starbucks (winner of two trophies). In 2017, again, one of his films received an award: Tomorrow it all startswhere he gave the reply to Omar Sy, had been crowned with the Unifrance Prize for Comedy.

The Alpe d’Huez International Comedy Film Festival will take place from January 16 to 22, 2023.
