Anthony Prieur is the director of the Auguste brewery, located on Place de Jaude in Clermont-Ferrand; Open since November 2013, it owes its name to remains discovered during the construction of the shopping center in which the establishment is located, dating from the time when this part of the city was called Augustonemetum.
