It’s the family affair that is causing the most ink to flow at the moment… After filing a complaint together against Hiromi Rollin, their father’s “companion lady”, Alain Delon’s children are at war with each other. Indeed, during an interview given to Paris Match Thursday January 4, 2024, Anthony Delon claimed to have filed a lawsuit against his sister Anouchka. The reason ? This latest blames the 33-year-old woman for endangering their father’s health by not informing him that the actor had been “subjected to five cognitive tests” unsuccessful during his visits to a clinic in Switzerland between 2019 and 2022. A silence which, according to him, makes his sister a “accomplice of all the abuse and violence of which he was the victim”.
Accusations taken seriously by the main party concerned. As proof, through her lawyer, Maître Christophe Ayela, Anouchka Delon immediately indicated that she intended to file a complaint for “defamation, slanderous denunciation, threats and harassment”.

The day after his interview with Paris MatchAnthony Delon was on the set of CNews this Friday, January 5, 2024. The opportunity for the eldest of the siblings to set things straight and explain that this legal action against his sister was not linked to an inheritance war.
“It’s not a problem of inheritance, of succession […] The succession is settled. There are no money problems. Everything is recorded. My sister has 50% of my father’s entire fortune. My brother and I are on the reserve share, so we have 25%. It’s done, it’s over, it’s over”he indicated.
