The Chinese Business Club, founded ten years ago by Harold Parisot to bring together leaders of companies from all sectors, start-ups, large fortunes but also political representatives from France and China, has met again on April 21, in Paris.
Appointment was given within the chic Collector’s Hotel in the 8th arrondissement of the capital, for a sumptuous lunch given in honor of Frédéric Arnault, Managing Director of Tag Heuer (LVMH). And, once again, there were beautiful people. French political life was represented in particular by former ministers from both the right and the left like Ségolène Royal, Michèle Alliot-Marie or Renaud Donnedieu de Vabres as well as by local elected officials such as the mayor of the 8th arrondissement and a great regular at social events Jeanne d’Hauteserre or the president of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region, Renaud Muselier. We also saw the divisive Chinese ambassador to France, Shaye Lu, who had shown extreme coldness on the set of Telematin then asked about the temporary disappearance of tennis player Peng Shuai…
