Anne-Marie Olivier will unveil a final program for the Théâtre du Trident on April 4, before stepping down as co-general and artistic director in June. After a decade of dedication to this Quebec theater, the playwright wishes to reconnect with creation.

“I am leaving the artistic direction and general co-direction of Trident to devote myself to my practice as a full-time designer. I could have done this work in perpetuity, but it is not because we can, that we must, expressed Anne-Marie Olivier. I am convinced, in my heart of hearts, that there must be an end to artistic directions. I think of these nine seasons that I concocted and I am really happy with the work accomplished. »
