In the company of Tony Estanguet and the prefect of the Ile-de-France region Marc Guillaume, “We’re going to swim at about the level of the Pont Marie, at the foot of the Hôtel de Ville”said the mayor of Paris on the sidelines of the start of the torch relay on Monday morning at the Arena at Porte de la Chapelle. “It’s going to be a joyful, festive, collective moment.
