After several months of absence, Marie-Sophie Lacarrau will make her comeback at the head of the 1 p.m. news of TF1. Monday May 16, the journalist will appear on the first channel for the first time in 2022. The Aveyronnaise suffered from amoebic keratitis (an inflammation of the transparent tissue which protects the eye and which is called the cornea, editor’s note). During this period, Jacques Legros and Julien Arnaud ensured the interim. Moreover, the latter sent a message to the intention of his colleague. “I was very happy to present the 1 p.m. for a few weeks. I learned a lot of things, it was exciting, but I’m even more happy to see you come back to collect this newspaper! I’m trying to give it back to you in the best possible conditions and I wish you, of course, the best for the future”he had said.
He was imitated by Anne-Claire Coudray.
In a short video posted on the account Twitter of the writing of TF1the channel’s weekend newspaper presenter reacted with a smile on her face: “We missed you so much. So I’m very happy that you’re back with us,” she said before adding : “Mondays are normally off, but I think I’m going to watch you there. I kiss you very much!”
