Almost a year to the day after his victory at the star Academy, Anisha is back . For the new season in the company of the three other finalists this Saturday, November 4, 2023, certainly, but not only that. Indeed, the young artist unveiled her very first album this Friday. Titled Light, the project includes 12 songs performed alternately in French, English or Malagasy.
An album that was starting to be overdue. And Anisha is fully aware of this. “I have always had, from the beginning, the desire to keep control, whether on the writing, the composition, the images… I wouldn’t say that I took my time just to say that I take my time, but I had my studies on the side that I absolutely didn’t want to give up”she explained to justify her “delay” to Purecharts
. Indeed, the winner of the program hosted by Nikos Aliagas explains having wanted “take the time to do things well and do things that suit me”.

Anisha does not want to collaborate with the other students of the “Star Academy”
If Camélia Jordana collaborated on the project, Anisha was also able to count on Abi Bernadoth, winner of the ninth season of The Voice. The artist was quick to respond positively to the request forAnisha to record a duet. On the other hand, if fans were waiting for a featuring with a comrade from the star Academy
, it’s missed. Indeed, the young artist explained this completely accepted choice.
“The adventure is over, and we each have our own musical style, our own genre, our audience with whom we must communicate and always be in contact. Many are independent, others are in record labels…”first noted Anisha near Purecharts before explaining: “Everyone is therefore on their respective project and I think that talking about a duo today, for me at least, would have been a little too early. I find that, already, everyone is trying to do their project as best they can. Everyone grows on their own and if it has to happen one day, it will happen.”. In fact, the young singer does not rule out a duet with a former member of the star Academy in the future, but not right away.
